Elinor Frost Selected as WSJM Student Athlete of the Week!

Senior Swimmer Elinor Frost has been selected as the WSJM Sports Van Buren/Cass Student Athlete of the Week for the week of November 8, 2020. For the week, Elinor qualified for the State Finals in the 100 Fly at the Second Shave Meet. She did it with a new school record time of 1:00.18. She

Practices, Games and Tryouts Postponed

Due to Sunday’s (11/15) announcement from the MDHHS and Governor Whitmer, the MHSAA has suspended all sports activities (practices and competitions) effective immediately through at least December 8. The Lady Ram Swim Team had an outstanding meet Saturday (11/7) at Allegan High School as they posted PR’s across the board. Fall Sports Will Resume Competition
