Rams News · Reminder: Check the Rules Regarding Physicals for Winter Sports

Winter sports are coming. All athletes that wish to play sports this winter must make sure they have the proper paperwork BEFORE the season begins.

All 6th graders, and any other student who does not have a physical on file from last year, MUST get a completed sport physical from their doctor before they can participate in practices or competitions this winter. MHSAA sports physical forms are available HERE.

Student who do have a physical on file from last year do not need a new one, but instead need to complete and turn in an MHSAA Health Questionnaire before they can participate. This is a new document from the MHSAA which takes the place of getting a new physical for those students that have an existing one from last season. You can access that form by CLICKING HERE.

Please note that any student or parent who checks YES to any of the questions on the Health Questionnaire are indicating that their health has changed and must see the doctor to get a new physical.
